We just wrapped up another STEM Like Me!® event for 276 students from Marysville School District, connecting them with STEM professionals for a hands-on career exploration experience. These programs are all about bridging the gap between businesses and their future workforce—and the impact speaks for itself!
Key Takeaways:
📊 80% of students gained a better understanding of STEM careers.
🚀 56% are now more interested in pursuing STEM pathways.
Students shared what stood out most:
💡 “I got great info on aerospace manufacturing—looks like I would love to do it.”
🛥️ “Learning about different pathways for my future and how I can pursue them during high school.”
🩺 “Meeting Jules in the EMT session—she taught me a lot.”
🔧 “That everything was hands-on!”
This impact is possible thanks to our amazing partners!
