We had an incredible time at the Construction & Maritime Career Day, where 80+ local high school students explored high-demand, high-wage careers in two of Washington’s most essential industries.
Through hands-on activities and conversations with industry professionals, students got a first look at what a future in construction or maritime can look like—right here in Snohomish County. From working on electrician training stations to practicing maritime safety, this event helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world career pathways.
