How to Register your School Group for the Snohomish County ECHO Tour

Snohomish STEM reached out to each school district in December via email invitations to RSVP your school group headcount and preferred date to attend.
Confirm with Snohomish STEM by Jan. 17 the number of students you think will attend. This will help us plan for the event. If you missed the deadline, please contact us immediately.

- Sandwich choice: turkey, vegetarian or none (sandwich choices are for schools attending Tue. 3/25 & Wed. 3/26 only. On Mon 3/24, schools are bringing their own lunches.)
- Students may bring their own lunch; we are not able to accommodate other dietary needs.
- Photo release filled out (yes or no)
- Snohomish STEM will take photos and videos to promote next year’s ECHO Tour. Please print and collect signed photo releases for each student who consents to be photographed:
- Students age 17 and younger may sign a minor photo release form, along with a parent or guardian.
- Students age 18 and older may sign an adult photo release form.
- If a student does not want their photo taken, they will receive a color coded name tag. This is how our photographer will ensure students are not photographed without their consent.
