What is the ECHO Tour℠?
Exploring Careers and Healthcare Opportunities℠ (ECHO) is a dynamic career exploration program designed to provide interactive, multidisciplinary experiences to high school students. This unique career-connected learning program is a great opportunity to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Hands-on Learning
The ECHO Tour℠ is designed as a hands-on learning experience to introduce students to careers in the healthcare sector. During the event, local healthcare professionals share their expertise and passion for healthcare, offering students a glimpse into the variety of careers within the industry.

Overview
Seeing a need for programs to promote careers in the healthcare sector, the Snohomish STEM Network and Career Connect Northwest (CCNW) developed the ECHO Tour℠ by adapting the model from our successful WAVE Tour program which promotes careers in the construction trades.
Students who participated in the ECHO Tour℠ were given an evaluation survey at the conclusion of the event to gather feedback and learn about their experiences.
Impact Report 2024
The inaugural series kicked off on March 18, 2024, and ran for three days hosted at Everett Community College. A middle school ECHO Tour℠ was also piloted in October 2024 at Edmonds College reaching another 125 students (the middle school data is not yet reflected in the impact report below).
