Regional Impact & Career Connect Northwest (CCNW) Leadership
Since 2018, Snohomish STEM has been actively involved in Career Connect Washington (CCW) and later served as Co-Director of the Career Connect Northwest (CCNW) Regional Network. Originally working alongside Workforce Snohomish, the initial Regional Network grantee for our region, Snohomish STEM stepped into a leadership role in 2021 as Co-Director of CCNW with the Northwest STEM Network, hosted at NWESD189.
As Co-Director, we championed and connected students, employers, educators, nonprofit partners, and community-based organizations across Snohomish County and the broader region. We expanded partnerships across five counties, scaled career-connected learning opportunities, and engaged more employers. From 2021-2025, we helped partners secure more than $4 million in federal and Career Connect Washington Program Builder grants across Snohomish County and the region, while delivering dozens of high-impact programs to Snohomish County students, including ECHO Tour℠, STEM Like Me!®, and more.
Although CCNW moved to a sole-grantee model in mid-2025, Snohomish STEM continues to be the trusted convener of future workforce and education initiatives in Snohomish County—leading cross-sector partnerships and championing the county’s future workforce.
